Foxwoods in Connecticut is currently (always?) short of dealers. The competency of their floor personnel has been questioned in this forum - and I have seen players there questioning the ability of the floor, to other floor people themselves! The poker room is huge and non-smoking but smoke filters down from the casino above (my outer clothes typically smell strongly of smoke after 12 hr sessions).
