depends where im at - if its a place like a small restaurant in the city with not a lot of people and/or not too busy tip on pickup
at casinos both for example i always tip both drop off and pickup at borgata because i want my car quickly when i pick it up and i know the valet will always be packed when i leave (sunday mornings)
