If you're not comfortable with this situation, consider folding 3456ds PF as first to act after a LAG whom everyone else is likely targeting as well. You'll be hitting a lot of tough non-nut hands and draws.

I think you either have to stomach playing this hand similar to how Villain thinks you're playing other monsters against him (think on whether playing this hand in that manner makes sense) or fold and deal something with 5 or 6 hole cards where Villain is likely mega -EV. Villain may often appear maniacal but likely as a result of foolishly trying to promote two way second best hands in games where both nut hands nearly always exists and not from firing into a non-LAG on both the flop and turn with a naked overpair in these more traditional 4 hole card games. Does Villain think you are LAG or has he simply been displaying great stupidity when he gets too many cards to pick from?
