Sure I'll call it. We'll be playing for set value and will need to make up roughly $35-$40 after the flop to make it pay off. Since the button has $80 left in his stack and the pot will be already $20 this shouldn't be too hard, in fact we should make more (which makes up for the times we hit but don't get paid).
As for #2 well we are playing for set value... no set, done with the hand.
With a read you could raise him to $24 on the flop.
