Unless you're looking for a true dirty martini, in which case I've never tasted anything better than a Ketel One.
As an aside, the coldest martini I've ever had came from that martini bar inside Wynn that is....I think it's nearish to the room elevators? Highly recommended. I don't think the waitresses in the poker room will bring you drink from that bar, though.
