My limited view:
The only problem with this flop is that there's already a low and you have no way making one. It's possible that you are ahead, and it is rainbow (nobody raised so it's unlikely anyone has aces but still very possible) and it's unlikely someone has two 8's because you have one. The nine is useless. It's also very possible someone has 234 or 67 and will fight for their straight, plus you have the outs A,A,5,8,8 to make a better, but if an A or 8 comes someone could have A8 in their hand, destroying you. Thus, you're really hoping for that five. It is likely there will be a fight to get in money for the low thus a lot of betting and raising. Depends on the players, but I would fold.
