The newest rule for the poker rate at the Show (unless it's changed in the last month) is you're supposed to call at 9 am and ask for Anita (I think that was her name).
Last time I did that I left multiple messages with her. After a while I finally called the poker room and they told me Anita had called in sick a couple days in a row.
Anyway one of the floor type peoples took care of me anyway.
