I learned the hard way that hearing "it'll be 15-20 minutes" is like being kicked square in the nuts. Luckily, I've only heard that line twice but both times we ended up on the tarmac for 2.5+ hours. I know they need to keep the passengers calm or whatever, but how can you get on the PA and keep telling us 10 more minutes if you know it's going to be at least another hour?
