Well maybe it's me that's confused. I was just going by the text of the HB's that are on the WA State Legislature link I provided. Not a big deal...sorry if I misquoted something. I admit to not going back and reading all the old posts, I just joined this forum. I had just received the email from the Senator the day before, so I thought it was current info...glad you got a handle on it. ps: Thanks for the "Welcome to February" link. Nice touch.
