yea, you pay more rake when you play more aggressively.

but, to beat MSNL for the largest winrates, you kinda have to play aggressively.

so, i guess theres a gradient between the two with some optimal solution, but, its not worth it to try and figure that out, rather than just learn to play better all-around.
