Depends on the villain. Some people are incapable of folding KK here, some will float at least one street with it. One line would be to try something funky against some opponents like c-betting something like half a pot. If you get called, you can check the turn behind and valuebet river (I think this line gets the most out of something like KK if they call the flop). Your weak c-bet might even induce a reraise bluff.

I think it's a bit hard to generalize these situations though, history with the opponents affects soooo much - has he checkraised you? Have you c-bet 100%? Have you reraised lots preflop? Does your opponent have a clue?

Checking here also contradicts the fact that you'd most likely take one last stab at it with KK- as well, no?! Or is this autocheck to you with KK-? I could see AK and QQ- calling a reraise in these spots often, hell, maybe even KK. If you c-bet with KK, I'd imagine it being wise c-betting with AK here as well?
