Isolated incidents have a way of turning into habitual problems if new guidelines aren't put into place to prevent same from occurring again. And mediocre mods with mediocre judgement need more rules to follow in modding than do the best mods with superior judgement. Which is why Grunge's main point needs to be addressed by adding a rule to the handful of rules for mods that have been imposed in the past (i.e. exile type of discipline for strat posters who make violations of non-site wide rules but just social forum specific rules).
