1. Reraise preflop a lot of the times.
2. Lead or check-raise. Check-calling is bad when you got so much behind.
3. as played i guess that's not too bad. But if you had played differently on previous streets you wouldn't have found yourself in this spot.
4. You've played this hand so passively that check-raise allin is your only choice on the river.
