Default $100NL Flopped set turns into 300BB pot

Hello,

I'm a long time lurker and this is my first 'strategy' post so please bear with me.

On the hand:
I have my doubts on the way i played it so advice/comments on all streets are appreciated.

Read on villain (over about 250 hands):
Multi-tabler (7), $4 is his standard raise pre-flop, pre-flop he 3-bets light when in position, cbets every flop about 2/3 pot-size. Aggresive pre-flop and on the flop but doesn't get out of line that much on later streets.

The hand:

Poker Stars
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.50/$1
4 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $161.10
Button: $217.15
SB: $100.50
Hero: $154.10

Pre-flop: (4 players) Hero is BB with 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]; 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img];
UTG raises to $4, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: 5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]; A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]; 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]; ($8.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $6, Hero calls.

Turn: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]; ($20.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $17, Hero calls.

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ; ($54.5, 2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $49, Hero raises all-in $127.1, UTG calls.

Results:
Final pot: $308.7

Questions:

1. Pre-flop standard?
2. Should i lead the flop knowing that he will always cbet? Knowing this, should i check-raise? If so, to how much?
3. On the turn the flush gets there and i check-call his pot-sized bet. Correct? (I am still 150 BB's deep).
4. The river pairs the board giving me lowest boat. What is my plan? Do you like my check-raise all-in?

All comments appreciated.

Greetz,
