Two years ago I would have agreed with you Andy. At this stage as long as the site doesn't specify that HUDS are not permitted then I don't see an ethical violation anymore. Saying its wrong wont stop people from using them.
I do however feel the line is crossed with applications that tell the player their odds, their hand strength, or what to do.
