Here is one from today...

Her: Sir I need to know my balance today?!?
Me: Ok may I have your account #?
Her: Gives me account number.
Me: Tells her what her balance is
Her: Ok so thats what my balance will be tomorrow?
Me: [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] No thats what it is now...ugh
Her: Oh okay, thanks...

My favorite from the day after Thanksgiving:

Me: Thanks for calling XXX how may I help you?
Her: I was just calling to see if you guys are open today?
Me: [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] Yes we are... (Thinking to myself: No, I am just here to let you know we are closed)
Her: Oh okay, thank you just making sure.
