Default Re: Rebuilding the Bankroll?

I would do whoring for bankroll building, but you probably already did it, or you do not have that many options as a US player.

I had a similar situation, after burning out at $20/$40, for which I wasn't bankrolled, and for which I didn't have the skills anyway. So I got back to my normal game of Limit SH $5/$10 but with only $2500 left. I then experienced a run of awfull sessions, reduced to $3/$6, did not run better, stepped back to $2/$4 and fail to adapt to the low stakes.
I was back to $1/$2 with $500 to my name.

Now those stakes are difficult not to win, but I was bored and disappointed.

My solution? A one-month break (quite long I know) then an errand in the other games: NL, SnG, MTT's that would give me pleasure (even at low stakes).

Now I am playing mainly NL $0.50/$1 and building up.

Bottom line: Playing low is going to get you bored! There's a chance that you won't play optimal (since you asked for advice, you recognize it).
Have a break and change game, at least for a while.
