I would have made it 180-200 preflop.

As played I would have bet more (300-350) on the flop. The villain is not folding an ace so you want to make sure that all of the money gets in when he has an ace.

As played on the flop I would not 3-bet his check raise.

As played, after he bets the turn I would just call to make sure that the money gets in on the river. The push is also fine but I do not want the villain to make a 'heroic' (read: standard) laydown with AQ since he can't really put you on anything less than AK here. Obviously the average 4.40 donk is not putting you on a hand so the money was going in here pretty much always.
