Default Did I play this A-10 suited right...

OK a little background on the table/players first...

Game 5-150 at Casino Arizona
I'm sitting at around $275, on the button. I have set up a pretty tight but aggresive image at the table and have gotten respect for my raises. Tables pretty loose, a few rocks mixed in that you know not to play with if they come in for any kind of bet. And two real manics.

Manic makes minimun raise to ten and everyone folds around to me, I look down at A10 of spades...I think for a second about Manic #1s bet, he will call and raise with any two cards.
As was shown earlier on in the session when he bet 150 on the flop turn and river with QJo an called a reraise from a solid young kid. He had no pair and no flush or straight draw, the kid had top two pair.

I bump it up to 30 as I want to get rid of the big and small and leave me with Manic. SB folds before I get the chips in and BB is one of the rocks and thinks a second and folds. Manic goes in to the tank for about 2-3 min and comes over the top of me for another 30. I call him instantly. Flop comes down A 10 K, with the K of spades. He bets 50 out to me. Now I've floped two pair and have 3 to a royal flush or possible flush. I think for a minute like I'm pondering what to do. I call his 50 and raise 150, he goes insta calls me and raises me the last 15 or so I got.

He jumps up from his chair and flips over two red Kings...Now I still have some outs. As you can see this didn't go my way, but I feel I made the right play. With the way the manic had played the previous hours. I did not and don't think I could of put him on KK.

What do you guys think, aside from folding preflop, is there anything I should of seen or maybe done post flop to cut my losses back on this hand?
