I have never waited more than 5 minutes for amounts less than 2k.
But for bigger amounts it may take longer. They want to make sure the money is legit. And sometimes they may even have to wait for a supervisor to have time to go through the details.
Understandable, and acceptable, allthough the waiting time can be annoying.
However as soon as the money has arrived at Stars there should be no problems for the time being.
Kudos to Stars for handling this awkward situation proffesionally.
