With the time you spend examining the horses in the paddock you could be 'capping three other tracks. It is overrated to say the least, in most races you will see nothing at all, I don't believe anyone could make up the 3%+ ROI improvement you get by betting offshore. I do enjoy it though on a warm summer day up at Monmouth, smoking a cigar..good times.
