Here in Canada, anything you purchase has taxes GST/PST....for services it's 7% and for goods, another 7%....so any business transaction we do is going to be between 7 and 14%. Since we are dealing only with a service, I think 7%+2% NT fees =9% is reasonable. 5% is way low.....12 might be a bit high.
