E-mail is not a bad option here.
I cannot imagine any situation worth being on hold for one hour (at least related to Absolute Poker). At the very least, AP will call you back when they can field your question, etc.
** Also, she was probably holding an hour for while the previous buffoon (customer) was finishing dealing with his customer.
