In the past they used to take away your bonus if you cashed out during a bonus period, but since about the time they bought Empire Poker last summer (and upgraded their software) people have reported no problems withdrawing and re-depositing immediately after.
Sooner or later they'll figure it out again, but given that it's Party, I'd guess it's the latter.
