drivers (especially those from Washington):
If you are on a freeway that has 2 lanes each direction and does not have left side exits, the left lane is for passing people. If you are in the left lane and not passing anyone, then you should move over. If you with any frequency get passed on the right by people going less than 100 MPH, you should increase your efforts to use the right lane when not passing.
