1) Do you miss your family? Wish to see them more frequently than once a year? What about any friends?
2) I don't understand how you are content without pursuing some sort of goal...it's probably a function of our childhoods but I was always curious about the world around me, how it worked, etc...it pushed me towards science, but it can also push people towards other subjects...you never felt something like this? This desire to learn as much as you could about something?
What about a desire to improve oneself? I'm sure you are more well-read than me and probably more cultured as far as the world goes, but I just get the feeling from this post that you are content with a life of mental mediocrity... of course this is probably me placing my ideals/concerns on you and assuming you would want the same things...I'm still curious.
