Default Bodog Payout issues- demand copies of bank statement

So after requesting a payout on 1/16- I get an email yesterday stating that the money has been returned from the middleman, and is being sent back to my account within the hour. 4 hours later, I call, they say 'okay, 2 more hours'. Then I get an email to disregard the previous email, followed by this email:

Dear Mr. XXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.

As we have not yet had your payout for $3000 returned to us, we kindly ask that you
fax us a copy of your bank statement in order to verify that the payout was never
received. Our toll-free fax number is 1-888-743-2269, and we ask that you include
your Bodog account number on your statement as well. Once we have confirmed that the
funds were not transferred to your account we will contact you.

Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Best Regards,
Customer Service

So this sounds easy, but I've made 5 payout requests each for the same exact amount, $3000. In hindsite it would've been much better to request different amounts, so we could verify which payouts have been processed.

The first 2 came thru fine. Then the 3rd one on 1/16 was made just before their middleman stopped doing business with them, but had still been submitted to them to process. They said it would be fine, they'd return the money to my account once they got it back from them, but I was uncertain about the ease of payments from Bodog, so I requested 2 more $3k transactions via WesternUnion. They were processed easily, and I cashed one and deposited the other into my bank account.

The problem is, Bodog is looking at my bank statement, and they see a deposit for $3k on 1/19 claiming that to be the missing $3k. I explained that it's the WU deposit, so now they're looking into it further for me.

I'll keep you posted, but you should learn from my mistakes, and don't take withdrawals for equal amounts. There would be no issue if I had done $2800, $2900, $3300....
