Its not nonsense to me. All I know it that I claim a weekily stipend of winnings from PS. This amount was paid to neteller. These amounts usually clear within 24 hours. Its been a week, so I figure I got problems. I am just glad I only made one transfer of $58 from PS after that. This way I am only stuck $481 plus $58, for a grand total of $539.
It could be worse.
