Big problem. When you change your country in Neteller they won't let you use a USA account to fund it or withdraw. You have to use a Canadian account. Also, they didn't use to do this but I believe they require utility bills or something similar to that to change your address.

Which is exactly why I earlier suggested cashing out paper checks or neteller card. Just use neteller to move money between sites.
Neteller has never asked me for a utility bill, but how hard would it be to change the address on your Sears card or cell phone bill?
