Living a few blocks from the border, my take is to update my neteller account with the new UPS store address. You should be able to play on "USA" sites (Stars, Tilt, etc.) while in the US with your new Canadian address. Don't bother adding a Canadian bank account.

Because of IP tracking, you will probably have to physically be in Canada while online to access Party, Cryptos or the neteller web site. Remember, you don't have to log into neteller to transfer funds between sites.

I can see spending an occasional weekend in Niagara Falls to transact online while playing live.

If you want to cash out you'll have two options - request a paper check to your UPS box or use your neteller card to withdraw cash. If you card is already loaded, you should be able to withdraw from any USA ATM on the network.
