Well, there are probably enough hands you beat that do this (AJ, KJ, maybe KhQh, KhTh and AQ?, AT?).
Depends on how solid he is but he would have to be pretty solid and have respect for your game to slow down with the weaker 2 pair hands so I think you are good to call here. You have to be right about 40% of the time.
Have you tried to steal from SB recently?
Raise that flop 2 to start and then to 15.
