PF is completely fine. Open folding or folding to the raise would be very bad. It's level 1, you're still deep enough to get value out of sets, blah blah.
As for the postflop stuff...
You're trying to get people to lay down better hands or hands that are pretty good. In general, in a lower buy-in SNG you should try to exercise the exact opposite strategy. That is, exploit your opponents' primary weakness, which is by and large, their inability to fold even marginal hands. Therefore, the lower buy-in strategy should be to wildly value bet your made hands, and stay away from the fancy stuff.
Your line here asks your opponent to make a play that in the aggregate may be a good play, but that is exactly what you cannot expect him to do.
