It is NOT a news publication in any journalistic sense.
2+2 is a forum open to players' posts and commentary. That is vastly different than Card Player.
(You should not be surprised at how issues are covered. For example, CardPlayer has Allsyn Jaffrey Shulman handling UIEGA matters and puffing the PPA, 2+2 has Berge Nate and Mr K posting facts.)
