Euh, its a parents job to safe up money for their kids so they can go to college/university. Its not sickinging at all. I will safe up enough money for each of my children to go to college/university.
btw Cit, you ever downloaded TV shows, movies, mp3s? You payed taxes on everything you have ever earned?
