Hes in the small blind so hand strength is going to be less than in early position. He could be AA KK QQ, AK and possibly AQ or even AJ, JJ, you are a favourite over anything but AA. If hes a rock its AA or KK. So you are either way ahead of most hands or way behind onehand.Tts raise all in.
