Belterra is about 45 more minutes west of Argosy. You have to pass Grand Victoria to get to it.
Yes Belterra does have a poker room.... used to be the best of the 3 till Argosy opened their poker room. Argosy pretty much drained most of the poker action from Belterra and GV. Belterra's room is a little nicer but Argosy has some of the best action now.
