take a look at the new sharepoint, there is a wiki template setup and will easily integrate all MS Office apps.
I have been using mediawiki in a qa environment, truth be told, the free sharepoint is much easier and robust....Only advice if it is to be rolled out in production to more then 50+ collaborators is the HW should definitly be top notch.
