I raise this preflop. I raise alot of opencompleters preflop for metagame reasons. This hand is definately strong enough to raise for equity. Against some opponents I guess checking behind planning to bet or raise a lot of flops is also good.
The way you played it I bet any flop when checked to (until I meet an opponent bright enough to pick up on it). After villain checking preflop and flop I'm pretty sure I have the best hand, but I'm not sure I would raise the turn. In this little pot the turn raise is so strong he might fold hands he could have bet again on river. Against thinking opponents I like raising turn more, to set up for turnbluffs later.
After he calls your turnraise I think he's going to showdown with a lot of worse hands, so IMO it's an easy value bet.
