Yeah, I think this is an easy fold.

I forgot to include 33 or quads in villains range and I couldn't imagine trips raising that river with your actions representing hitting your draw on the river and the 4h hitting both draws. I also can't imagine a bluff on the river with that board and you showing so much strength.
