- Added: New Advanced Option "Cache Minutes"
- This is how long SS will cache the players stats in memory
- Set this to zero to disable using the cache, and always calculate the
stats from the database. This will slow down scoring the tables, but
use the must up-to-date information.
- (Fix) - Set to zero to fix the current bug where stats are cached in
the same slot for NL and Limit. This will be fixed later.
- Fixed: Table Opener now works with Bodog (now passes correct site name)
