I can't see most low limit players caring, once they are used to something they probably want to keep that. We don't care about what generates better action, etc, we're not smart enough to figure that out for ourselves. Some probably do want to play poker the "right" way, by whatever they think the rulebook says, so they'll like the change.

So I suspect of those who care, more will be for the change than against.

As for the better low limit players, they probably figure I plays me game, I follows me's rules, I wait for me's opponents to make mistakes for that game with those rules, no matter what it is. I don't have time to answer me's polls.
