Nobody likes the raise turn/free showdown play? If you don't have the best hand with the 9, then you still have at least 14 outs to improve, maybe 20. You'll learn a ton about where you stand by raising the turn. If you get 3-bet, you can easily fold for a river bet, even if it's the 9d, but you're getting so much more value esp with the calling station getting sandwiched.
