or you should definitely consider getting it catered; 1 yr is a pretty big anniversary (at least if you're 20 like me), so i don't think it would be too over-the-top. http://www.localcatering.com/personal-chefs.asp has chefs by area, and they can come cook for you - i think that would guarantee good results, because frankly it sounds like you're SOL when it comes to cooking [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
