If villian is a thinking player who draws one in the bb you would never draw 3 anyways if you thought you could get him to fold a 2 pair hand, so if villian saw you as a thinking player also he would have c/c as a fairly standard action to you as a button raiser because you would bet anytime checked to, which should kill that reasoning against a good player, and against a bad one they have two pair anyways they wont fold.
