This is a bad spot for a bluff raise.

If called, all you have is a bunch of dirty outs to fall back on. You have no idea which them are good and that'll lead to many tough river decisions where it'll easy for you to make misstakes. You'll also have to bet the river if a blank comes since he'll call the turn with any club in his hand. Investing 3BB to try to steal the pot with a very marginal draw is too expensive and not a profitable play. As others also have pointed out, your checkraise is not very beleiveble. He would expect you to raise the flop with an eight or a flush draw and online players are good at finding excuses to call down.
