I haven't played around with it very much, but apparently at
www.worldpokertour.com/academy they have archived all the hands played at the final tables, plus some, that you can watch unfold. From what I've seen though, you know the hand matchups beforehand... but I'm sure it's still worth studying.
Other than that... try "ghosting" some of the better online tournament (or cash) players. Or in your own online games... you don't necessarily see what your opponent called with until you check the hand histories. Lots of ways to practice hand reading!
