This is definately not a fold. A call is probably decent, but a raise is hot. I don't understand why everyone wants to fold when your deep, have position, and can bluff a ton of scare cards. If BB calls you definately should just be looking for you 3 outer, but you have implied odds for that(it might be a 4 outer fwiw) and if he doesn't, I think I like a raise on almost any turn card.
