Re: What\'s the deal with the terrible pay structure in the 11pm stars 109?
What is really odd though is that there is a $48.00 increase from the 31-45 tier to the 19-30 tier but the next tier (10-18) is only a $41.60 increase. I do not recall smaller increases such as this being common.
