Is roulette the best game to play on each of these? I went over to
wizard of odds - roulette for strategy but didn't find anything other than the table of odds. Since it pays 1:1, is it a good strategy to put $1 on black and $1 on red (and even/odd or 1-18/19-36)?

Betting Red and Black together would be considered a low risk bet and could get you in trouble with the casino, so I would advise against it.
It is EV to play thru the bonus using F.R. but I immediately cashout if I double up and dont have to complete W.R. Just too many bad runs with F.R. to ever play it again.
You are expected gain/loss is .2xB where B is your bonus.
