Is roulette the best game to play on each of these? I went over to wizard of odds - roulette for strategy but didn't find anything other than the table of odds. Since it pays 1:1, is it a good strategy to put $1 on black and $1 on red (and even/odd or 1-18/19-36)?

Edit: basically, is there any +EV strategy to clear these bonuses by playing roulette?
